Supercharger gone

Pulled the charger this weekend. Got everything together this evening and being a Sunday the parts store that does have the new crush washers for attaching the fuel line to the fuel filter is closed. BAH. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to take a deep breath and turn the key. I had a friend with another integra come by so i could compare all the coolant and vacuum lines. everything looks good. Just need to get that fuel line back on. one of the ones that came out got nicked in handling and wouldn't seal properly.

What a bitch getting the charger and manifold out was. REAL pain in the ass. I ran into a huge issue getting the lock nut and anchor nut off the pulley on the alternator. We eventually got that off after wasting several hours on it. Otherwise it went well and was yet another mechanical learning experience for me. [img]smile.gif[/img]

So, what made you "give up" on having your Supercharger ???

I'm just tired of dealing with it mostly. There were a couple of long running issues that were never resolved, that in conjunction with my decision to sell the car and buy a crx for a change of pace.
